Positioned in Paris, (the perfect playground for French culinary excellence intertwined with a taste for the rare & unique), Auguste Félix Fauchon began specialising in high-quality produce on the Place de la Madeleine, in 1886. He quickly became known as ‘the darling of the whole of Paris’ due the out of the ordinary & outstanding products he sourced.
