Method

Stanley Tucci's Method

  1. Add 50ml of Gin (of your choice) to the Boston Shaker.
  2. Then add 25ml of Campari.
  3. Add 25ml of Sweet Vermouth.
  4. Finally mix in 5ml of Giuseppe Giusti Balsamic Vinegar.
  5. Add ice and wet shake.
  6. Fine strain into a martini glass.
  7. Peel an orange, express the natural oils over the negroni, twist the peel and place it floating on top to garnish.

Classic Method

  1. Add 30ml of Gin (of your choice) to a mixing glass.
  2. Then add 30ml of Campari.
  3. Add 30ml of Sweet Vermouth.
  4. Finally mix in 5ml of Giuseppe Giusti Balsamic Vinegar.
  5. Add ice & stir for 20 seconds
  6. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice.
  7. Peel an orange, express the natural oils over the negroni, twist the peel and place it on top of the ice cube to garnish.
