How do I know what is in my hamper box? 

All of our hampers are fully itemised with photographs so please can we ask that you read the itemised list on the website site to ensure that you order and receive the correct hamper box.

Availability of products

All items shown, listed and photographed are subject to availability.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, an item in a hamper box or gift box needs replacing, the substitute product will be of equal or greater value.

Delivery dates for Christmas 

All of our gift bundles and individual products are available all the time.

There are some products that we have introduced to our range purely for Christmas, these products are offered for delivery from 13th November 2023.

Please note all Christmas products can be pre-ordered at any time. Our webstore will advise you of your delivery date options prior to payment.

Can I return my hamper box?

All hampers are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.

What is not included in my hamper box?

Props that have been used in our photography, for example cutlery, crockery, table cloths, Christmas decorations are not included unless otherwise stated.

Will my hamper box need to stored in a fridge?

Some items in some our hamper boxes will require refrigeration, please therefore read the product listings carefully before ordering.

By placing an order for a hamper, you are accepting responsibility for following the care instructions as marked on the product page on our website.

How will my parcel be packaged for Christmas? 

Your hamper box will be packaged as per the photographs on our website.

We have created beautiful and luxurious gift boxes for all of our products.
