We use a combination of DHL and DPD.
How much is delivery on my order?

At checkout, the website will give you delivery options, you can then choose which option works best for you.
We offer next day delivery for £6.95 (or £8.95 inside the congestion zone in London) or to receive your products on a Saturday we charge £18.00.
If you live in remote location within the UK, the website will advise you of any additional charges that may apply at checkout.

We offer next day delivery on any orders placed before 16:00.
We also offer Saturday deliveries at a premium. Some of our products need to be ordered for you, these have a 4 to 5 day lead time.
Our system will advise you at the point of purchase what your delivery options are.

Yes, our delivery service providers will require you or a member of your household to sign for your order, if you are out they will deliver to your safe place and take photographic evidence of this.

Should you wish to amend your delivery details, please send your request to customerservice@theluxuryfoodcollective.com and they will do their best to fulfil your request.
Please note that delivery options cannot be changed if your order has already left our shipping partner.

For any orders containing alcohol, you will be required to provide photo ID upon request at the delivery stage.

No, we are sorry we can only deliver orders with one shipping address at a time.

We are sorry but no we do not offer timed delivery options.
We offer a choice of day, with next day delivery options. Choose what suits you best at check out.

Once shipped you will receive a email notification, advising your delivery details and a unique tracking number.
If your delivery is going to be late the courier will advise you by email, they will keep you up to date at all times.
