We would prefer you to register your details with us and agree to marketing preferences, but if you wish you can check-out as a guest only.

When you have completed your order and paid for your order cart, you will be taken to a confirmation screen giving you details about the order, you will also be sent a email notification of your confirmed order and delivery details.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please send your request to customerservice@theluxuryfoodcollective.com and they will do their best to fulfil your request. Please note that not all orders can be cancelled, customer service will advise accordingly.

You will be unable to change your contact details once your order is placed, this is to safeguard your details and order. However, you can change your billing address and shipping addresses in your account at any time.

Yes, you will. An order confirmation number will be on your confirmation email that we automatically send to you once you have completed payment in your cart.

You will receive an email notification once your products have been shipped from either DHL or DPD.
You can monitor your delivery by using the tracking link in this email to track the progress of your delivery.
Can I add a gift card and message with my purchase?

Yes, you can share a message on a gift card at the time of checkout.
You will be offered the options, simply choose and add your message. Please note that a message cannot be amended once your order has been processed.

Your order will be packaged in beautiful and luxury boxes, please note that the packaging is fully recyclable(except chilled packaging).
