Different grape varieties are carefully picked & processed using traditional techniques to create a cuvée full of character with a beautiful grapefruit hue. The nose is powerful on citrus fruits like kumquat & red fruits, while the mouth is fresh with notes of ripe fruit, creating a long-lasting finish.

Flavour profile
Tasting: A bouquet with floral notes that very quickly turn into notes of herbal teas. Fresh citrus fruit aromas dominate. The palate is round and refined.
Harvest is carried out at the end of August on the older plots of the estate. The juices are gently extracted away from oxygen through a from press of the latest technology. After settling for several weeks, the winemaking takes place at 15°C in temperature-controlled vats.
