Processes which see the wine undergo maceration, clarification & fermentation to produce a wonderfully translucent raspberry colour with refreshing hints of red currants & citrus in flavour. Clos Victoire is an ideal replacement for a light red wine on any dinner table.

Flavour profile

Tasting: A translucent raspberry colour. Gourmet bouquet with hints of red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant and wild strawberry). A dense, fresh palate with a nice flavour of redcurrant and citrus fruit at the end.

At the end of the settling, the juices are racked and matured in oak barrels for 4 to 6 months before being blended with the juices vinified in vats.
