These grilled artichokes in oil are seriously impressive. Orominerva clearly takes pride in its preparation & presentation. The tender heart of the artichoke is gently grilled (just enough for a sizzle) before being carefully seasoned with fresh parsley & extra virgin olive oil. A well-executed addition to antipasti or just as delicious as a side dish. There’s no shame in smearing it on a rustic piece of bread either.
